Privacy Policy — Bad Shrooms
What we collect
Bad Shrooms is a local couch party game with optional Steam Online 1v1.
- Steam: When you play Online, Steam already knows your Steam account. We use Steamworks (lobbies and Steam Networking Sockets) so two players can connect. We do not run our own account database or master server.
- Local profiles: Names and unlock/economy progress may be stored on your machine (Windows registry / local prefs). That data stays on your PC unless you choose to share screenshots or clips.
- Crash / analytics: None beyond Steamworks defaults.
- Photos: The in-game ScreenshotCam may write images under
Documents/BadShrooms/Photoson your machine. Those files are local unless you upload them yourself.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not require an account beyond Steam for Online play.
- Local couch play does not require Online features.
Children
Bad Shrooms is intended for the age rating Steam assigns after the IARC questionnaire. Do not use Online features if you are below Steam's age requirements for multiplayer.
