Subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and this notice, CrunchRock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Bad Shrooms for entertainment.

Early Access

If you buy Early Access, you acknowledge the game is unfinished. Features, content, balance, Online stability, and store copy may change. Progress or cosmetics may be wiped or altered during EA.

Online play

Online 1v1 uses Steam lobbies and Steam Networking Sockets. Connection quality depends on Steam, your network, and peers. No uptime guarantee.

Conduct

Do not cheat, harass, or attempt to disrupt other players' sessions. We may refuse support or revoke keys for abuse of beta/demo entitlement.

Third-party / assets

The game includes third-party middleware (e.g. Facepunch.Steamworks, Unity) and licensed/attributed media. In-game credits apply. You get no ownership of those assets.

Warranty disclaimer

Provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrunchRock disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Your statutory rights are unaffected where mandatory.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrunchRock's total liability arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid for it through Steam (or zero for free Demo keys).
